B-Stock Sales Consultant; FTC)

Decofurn is a furniture retailer with 11 stores nationwide. Our unique warehouse/factory shop concept has been developed with 32 years of experience in the furniture industry.

We are looking for a B-Stock & Shop-Soiled Sales Consultant to drive the sale of B-stock and shop-soiled merchandise, build relationships with bulk buyers and reduce ageing stock.

• Drive monthly B-stock sales targets.
• Manage customer enquiries, leads and sales.
• Build relationships with bulk buyers, resellers and traders.
• Advertise available stock through social media.
• Maintain accurate stock records and pricing.
• Monitor and reduce ageing and slow-moving stock.
• Ensure the B-stock area is neat, organised and well presented.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 2+ years' sales experience
• Retail, furniture or bulk sales experience – Advantageous
• Social media advertising experience – Advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Target-driven, proactive and organised
