Security Manager - Estate​/Hospitality

Requirements:

- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant security-related tertiary qualification/s an advantage
- PSIRA registered.
- Valid security registration and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong personality with good people-facing skills
- Proven experience in a Security Supervisor or Security Manager role, preferably within a residential estate, hospitality environment, or similar upmarket setting.
- Demonstrated stable employment record.
- Experience managing teams and scheduling shifts/rosters.
- Overseeing control room operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily security operations across the estate, including access control, perimeter patrols, CCTV monitoring, and incident response.
- Ensure effective implementation of security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security activities.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
