Manager – DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Achieve squad outcomes within the time boxed sprints
• Improve service delivery and achieve faster and very frequent sprint release
• Maintain consistent and scalable infrastructure deployment
• Ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues thereby minimizing downtime and improving overall system reliability
• Maintain secure code development, vulnerability scanning, access control and compliance with industry standards
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance to enhance efficiency, productivity and quality
• Develop scripts to automate visualizations as per the defined standards
• Enhance overall quality of software development and deployment life cycle

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication
• 4+ years of relevant working experience
• 1-2 years of experience in technical architecture and application development, or operations
• Expertise in optimizing applications in standalone as well as distributed systems environment to maximize performance
• Experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation, monitoring systems and incident management
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python)
• Strong knowledge of telecom systems, protocols, and industry standards
• Solid understanding of Dev Ops principles and practices
• Ability to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance

Demonstrates expertise in optimizing applications within both standalone and distributed systems, ensuring system stability and performance through proactive troubleshooting and effective solutions. Proficient in secure code development, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure automation to enhance service delivery and deployment quality.
