Customer Service Representative Parts

Job Description

Join our team at Terex/Genie as a Customer Service Representative, Parts (CSR, Parts) based in our Oud Gastel European Distribution Center. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by carrying out day‑to‑day requirements of a busy, multilingual and international CS Department in the mechanical equipment industry.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, CRM and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding parts availability, pricing and order status.
• Process parts orders and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a proactive manner.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales, Materials, Logistics and Technical Support, to address customer needs effectively.
• Create Commercial Invoice documentation based on provided information in an accurate and precise way.

• MBO (+) educational level.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Additional language skills (French, Spanish) are advantageous.
• Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction while adhering to company guideline and policies.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
