- Plan, schedule, and fine-tune production orders, taking capacities, changeover times, and campaigns into account
- Handle the planning and operational procurement of direct materials, including order processing and delivery-date monitoring
- Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and production progress, escalating shortages when necessary
- Maintain production orders, master data, and planning data in SAP and APO
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders in Production, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service
- Determine relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Professional experience in production planning, materials planning, or operational procurement is an advantage
- Good knowledge of SAP or experience with comparable ERP systems
- Good understanding of production processes and material flows
- Structured, independent, and reliable approach to work
- Good command of German and English
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Demonstrates expertise in production planning and operational procurement, with a strong command of SAP and ERP systems. Capable of effectively coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders while maintaining a structured and reliable approach to work.
