Under the direct supervision of the Logistics Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with courier services, inventory management, purchasing, and receiving functions. The Logistics Assistant will serve as a backup courier for all Aviva Health facilities, ensuring the timely and accurate transport of supply deliveries and emergency medications. Additionalعا responsibilities include supporting the Purchasing Specialist, running supplies as needed, and managing onboarding and offboarding tickets assigned to Facilities, specifically for assigning and disabling staff door access.

• Count and track supplies, materials, equipment parts, and current supplies in stock.
• Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Develop and improve inventory management procedures.
• Stock and distribute supplies and equipment.
• Onboarding and Offboarding tickets – assigning and disabling badges using door access software.
• Send onboarding badges to Human Resources in a timely manner.
• Provide support with equipment repair and vendor coordination.ليزي
• Assist with inventory and utilization reports.
• Assist with procurement of supplies.
• Assist with department moves and ensure all departments have proper equipment/furniture.
• Serve as a backup Courier as needed to deliver to Aviva Health clinics and facilities on a routine and/or emergency basis.
• Serve as a backup with purchasing and receiving on a routine and/or emergency basis.
• Assist with Aviva Health events – assisting with event, setup, takedown, and cleanup.
• Travel to other clinics or locations using a company vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree in Purchasing/Inventory or 4 years equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proficient in the use of computers, cloud-based software systems, scheduling, and calendars соҳиб.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instructions.
• Ability to operate inventory/purchasing software.
• Detail orientated.
• Current and valid Oregon Driver’s license.
