We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urgent Care Physician to join our growing team in Roseburg,Oregon. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming community.
Position Overview:
- Provide high-quality care ina busy, well-equipped urgent care clinic
- Clinic hours:
Monday through
Friday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Rotating shifts shared across a supportive clinical team
- Treat a wide variety ofacute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent concerns
- Streamlined documentation with modern EMR
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $289,239,with bonus potential for wRVUs exceeding 5,419
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

- $7,000 annual CME allowance with 40 hours of CME time
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in Urgent Care or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Oregon or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort with a broad scope of urgent care cases
