Position: Instructional Assistant

Hours: 7.25 hours per day, 4‑day work week

School: Oakland Middle School

Work directly with individual students or groups of students requiring special instructional help to reinforce learning material or skills. Assist students in regular, Title 1, Special Education, or any other district or building instructional programs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate degree, and two years of college or the equivalent.
• General clerical skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with children and adults.
• Such alterations to the above as the Board may find appropriate.

Salary Range: $17.70 – $21.16 per hour, depending on experience.
