Location: Roseburg, OR
Pay Range: $22.51 – $31.79 /hour
Shift: 6:45am – 7:15am
Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. Every day you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient’s plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well‑being.
To be successful you will possess a dedicated spirit of service, strong communication skills, a meticulous approach to patient support, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of dignified, high‑quality healthcare.
- Ensure efficient delivery of patient care and reflect effective utilization of resources.
- Ensure equipment is available, in the proper place and maintained in working condition.
- Utilize safety equipment to meet own and co‑worker safety needs.
- Accept and follow through on tasks delegated by the nurse, primary care partner and/or manager.
- Oregon CNA License
- AHA BLS within 30 days
- High School Diploma or GED
