Swanson Group is seeking an Entry Level Production Associate (Mentor Trainee) to learn and perform a variety of production tasks in the General Plant. The role includes working on 10-hour shifts with scheduled breaks and potential cross-training opportunities in different departments.
Mentors will assign shifts and departments, with tasks rotating to develop competency. Prior safety training and ability to adapt to changing production needs are essential for success.
