Con-Vey, an industry leader in industrial automation, is looking for a Marketing Director to join our team in Roseburg, Oregon to lead and execute marketing strategy across Con-Vey and its affiliated brands. In this role, you’ll oversee brand development, digital marketing, content creation, communications, events, public relations, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, engineering, and other teams to turn business goals into effective marketing initiatives that strengthen our brands and build meaningful connections with customers, employees, and the communities we serve.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a creative, strategic, and driven marketing professional who can move comfortably between big-picture strategy and getting the work done as well as managing the Marketing team. From developing campaigns and creating content to managing trade shows, supporting sales, and measuring results, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact across the organization.

• Responsible for managing the Marketing team
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals and growth priorities
• Lead brand strategy and maintain consistency across digital, print, events, and internal communications
• Create and oversee content including photography, video, social media, email marketing, website content, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials
• Manage Con-Vey and affiliated brand websites, digital channels, and social media presence
• Plan and execute trade shows, customer events, recruiting events, and other company-sponsored activities
• Lead public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, awards submissions, and industry communications
• Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, You Tube, Linked In, and Meta
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to support customer engagement, lead generation, proposals, and business development initiatives
• Support recruiting and employee communications through employer branding, internal content, and company initiatives
• Manage marketing vendors, partners, budgets, and project timelines
• Track marketing performance and analyze data to measure results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategy
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer, employee, and community connections through marketing
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated experience leading marketing strategy and execution
