The Opportunity

• Seeking valued, independent full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our Anesthesia team.
• 1099 Contractor position.
• In case of partial shift schedule, pay is $200 per hour for weekday shifts, $150 per hour for weekend call, and $90 per hour for weekday call.
• New grads and experienced CRNA’s welcome.
• Current OR state license a plus.
• ACLS and PALS required.
• Providers may support affiliated surgery centers.

The Practice

Mercy Medical Center – Roseburg, Oregon

• 174-bed Level III Trauma Center and Stroke Center with Joint Commission accreditation.
• Annual volume of 50,000.
• 4 ORs in hospital plus surgery center (3 ORs + attached).
• Services include orthopedics, general, GYN, ENT, GI, and L&D.
• Healthy peds, no heads/hearts, light trauma.
• Reasonable call from home.
• Top 100 Rural Hospital and 2024 Leapfrog Safety Award.
• State-of-the-art diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative care for patients with heart conditions at Shaw Heart and Vascular Center, the first program west of Texas to earn Accreditation for Cardiovascular Excellence from the American College of Cardiology.
