Job Details:

For our Full-Time Night Shift LPN, we're looking at someone for 40 hours a week to assist in medication pass and emergencies during our 12-hour nights. Pay differential is included.

Pay: $40-$43 an hour + shift differentials

Mon-Tues-Fri
-Sat
Week 2:
Sun-Wed-Thur

Work every other weekend (Fri-Sat-Sun)

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs.
• Perform nursing assessments and interventions to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatments in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide excellent care!

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of OG
• 1 year experience as an LPN preferred
• Active BLS from either the AHA or ARC
• Ability to pass a background check
• BLS Certification
