Job Summary And Responsibilities

- Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self‑care data.
- Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age‑appropriate care plans.
- Documents patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others.
- Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention.
- Coordinates care with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs.
Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am

Job Requirements- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS within 30 days
- One year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
$53.22 - $74.35 /hour
