Amedisys is seeking an on-call Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Oregon. You will perform initial assessments, coordinate care, and maintain continuity of patient care while collaborating with the care team.
This role includes on-call responsibilities and weekend coverage, with a focus on delivering high-quality care in patients' homes. Requirements include an active RN license for the state, at least one year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.
