• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly and monthly
• Hire and train your team of beauty consultants
• Conduct ongoing team training
• Provide customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning and beauty products
• Ensure that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash and manage opening/closing operations
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership/management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day)
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
