The Freight/Receiving team ensures the store is stocked and ready for business each day. Team members load and unload trucks, move material from the receiving area throughout the store, may operate forklifts, and perform critical functions for maintaining proper on-hands and pricing for customers. Direct customer interaction is frequently required for some positions and excellent customer service skills are required. The Freight/Receiving roles may include Freight Team Associate, Freight Team Lead, Receiving Associate and Receiving Support.

• Load and unload trucks and move merchandise from the receiving area throughout the store
• Operate forklifts where applicable and safe
• Maintain accurate on-hand inventory and pricing to support customers
• Provide direct customer service as needed
• Contribute to overall store readiness and organization

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment
• May include forklift operation per store safety guidelines
• Roles can include Freight Team Associate, Freight Team Lead, Receiving Associate, and Receiving Support
