ResponsibilitiesAs a part‑time Victra Retail Sales Consultant you will:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year during the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave requirements apply under state law where applicable.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
