Government Jobs - Temporary on-call - $23.89 Hourly Part-time/On-call no guarantee of hours Douglas County Sheriff's Office To provide security duties of a uniformed officer in the Justice Hall court rooms. Essential functions :
Maintain order, discipline and security of the courts while they are in session assuring the safety and security of the courts and its participants.
Assure secure work areas for support staff; conduct inspections of court facilities; operate metal detector, telephone, vehicle and handcuffs. Answer questions and interpret policy and procedures for judges, law enforcement officials, attorneys, and the public. Requires regular and consistent availability.
