Home Health Aide - CNA - PRN

• Provide personal, in-home care for Med Star Health Home Care patients in the Baltimore City area.
• Support patient independence and safety by performing bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, light meal preparation, laundry, transfers, and range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Identify safety hazards in the home and collaborate with the Operations Director or case‑manager to remove them.
• Document services and progress reports according to agency medical records and time‑keeping policies.
• Recognize and respond to emotional distress, encourage mobility, and address special needs of patients experiencing terminal illness.
• Report changes in patient behavior or care to the Operations Director or case‑manager and collaborate on plan adjustments.

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) credential in Maryland.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license with good standing and personal car insurance (own reliable transportation).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Home‑care experience preferred.

This position has a hiring range of USD $19.55 - $34.25 per hour.
