Working with a team who is passionate about animal health and wellbeing, in a clinic that is fully equipped and a dedicated client base, this role would be perfect for a senior veterinarian who is looking for the next role in their career, where they can inspire, mentor and expand this already well-established clinic.
** Job Opportunity:
** We are seeking a Full or Part time Head Veterinarian with prior experience in clinical management. This role would be ideal for a vet with aspirations for greater responsibility that is rewarded and recognised financially. Our Leadership and Business Mentorship resources are designed to help experienced associates successfully transition to the next stage in their career and empower already strong leaders be more effective and influential.
** The role requires that you:
*** Promote excellent clinical skills.
* Build relationships and deliver high customer service standards.
* Maintain the clinics financials and work alongside the Practice Manager to support the team.
* Provide mentorship to veterinarians of different experience levels.
** What you can expect:*** **$140K Remuneration
** package with regular reviews that generously rewards performance. ( Dependent upon experience)
* No after hours, Public Holidays/ Sundays, or on call roster!
