- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and productivity of the receiving process.
- Ensure merchandise is correctly checked in, ticketed, hung, folded, tagged, and delivered to the proper staging or selling floor area daily.
- Input all receiving information in the Store Receiving and Transfer (SRT) System and Manager’s Workstation accurately and timely.
- Maintain all receiving paperwork and files.
- Process all RTVs, transfers, and damaged merchandise in a timely and accurate manner according to company procedures.
- Ensure proper receiving procedures are used to eliminate and/or control inventory shortages and overages.
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies.
