• Start Strong: Earn $25+ per hour based on experience.
• Quick Progress: Earn $30+ per hour within 90‑120 days.
• Training Plan: Classical apprenticeship tailored to your current skills.

• Flexible start times 6:30–8:30 am.

• Practical test: disassemble and reassemble an appliance.
• Mechanical aptitude from prior work on engines, HVAC, electrical systems.

• Accurately diagnose & repair appliances within 30 days.
• Provide cost estimates & collect payments within 15 days.
• Ensure efficient use of materials & maintain company vehicle/equipment within 30 days.
• Complete invoices, route sheets, & weekly reports within 30 days.
• Cross‑train and perform other duties as required.

• 2+ years of experience as a technician in a technical or skilled trade field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely, up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Physical ability to perform strenuous work under varying circumstances.

The employee will occasionally need to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The job demands regular use of hands and arms to perform tasks.
