HVAC Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and licensed HVAC Technician to join our team in Rosedale, MD
! In this role, you will install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who holds a Journeymans HVAC License
, has strong troubleshooting skills, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction is essential.

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond to service calls and conduct field repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites

• Journeymans HVAC License (Required)
• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC experience (Required)
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical components
• Ability to commute or relocate to Rosedale, MD 21237 prior to starting
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift up to 40 pounds

• Competitive Pay: $60,980 – $75,000 annually
