We are looking for a dependable and experienced Towing Dispatcher to join our team. Only candidates with prior experience in the towing industry will be considered.
Qualifications- Prior experience in the towing industry (dispatching or towing) is required
- Knowledge of tow trucks, services, and basic dispatch procedures
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and Holidays as needed
- Able to arrange and file paperwork as required
- Familiarity with dispatch software (e.g. Towbook) is a plus
- Dispatch drivers to service calls using software, GPS, and telephone
- Prioritize and manage high volume calls efficiently
- Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and law enforcement
- Track job progress and update records in real time
- Support drivers with routing issues, or changes
