Our focus is on providing quality ABA therapy, which is a clinically proven, naturalistic teaching, primarily in homes. We support infants through teenagers with autism spectrum disorder in developing essential communication, social interaction and behaviors as well as daily living skills.

In school for ABA?
  • We will sign off on your supervision for both your restricted and non-restricted hours
  • Join our BCBA tuition scholarship & tuition discount program
Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA services to children both in-home and in community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
  • Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
  • Complete progress notes in our data collection system
  • Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
Qualifications
  • An active RBT certification from the  website
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
  • Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
  • Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities
Schedule
  • Full-time hours 25+ hours per week
  • Monday-Friday. Day Shift. Weekends as needed
License/Certification
  • 40-hour RBT certification (Required)
