Benchmark Senior Living at Roseland is seeking a compassionate, full‑time Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home‑like environment.

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia desired
