Oracle EBS Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to support PL/SQL development within an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and documenting custom Oracle EBS components, while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-performing solutions.

This role also includes mentoring team members and promoting development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PL/SQL development as part of an Agile team in a fast-paced Oracle EBS environment.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and document custom Oracle EBS technical components.
• Translate business requirements into high-performing technical solutions.
• Participate in application upgrades and migrations involving Sitefinity CMS.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in development.
• Work with Oracle Concurrent Manager framework and setups including concurrent programs, executables, and request sets.
• Configure and support Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) APIs.
• Manage Oracle EBS components such as Menus, Functions, Responsibilities, Lookups, Value Sets, Profile Options, and Request Groups.
• Support Oracle CRM entities including Resources, Roles, Groups, and Group Hierarchies.
• Apply SQL performance tuning techniques using Explain Plans, Indexes, Optimizer Hints, and SQL Profiles.
• Collaborate using tools like Bitbucket, Rally, and STAT for code migration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

• Proven experience as a technical team member in an Oracle EBS development environment.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Analytic functions and performance tuning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) APIs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Concurrent Manager and related setups.
• Experience with Oracle CRM entities and underlying data structures.
• Understanding of Oracle SOA Gateway, REST/SOAP API architectures, and JSON formats.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Experience with Sitefinity CMS or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Rally, and STAT for code migration.
• Exposure to Agile development practices and tools.
