Lead Cloud Security Analyst

Overview

ADP is hiring a Lead Cloud Security Analyst for our Roseland, NJ office. This hybrid role joins a highly skilled team providing world‑class infrastructure and network security assessments and security consultation within ADP’s Global Security Organization (GSO). The team is responsible for executing ADP’s global Compliance and Vulnerability Management (CVM) program for infrastructure and network across cloud and on‑premises locations.

• Support CVM cloud initiatives by leveraging a variety of security tools and working closely with product and technology teams to ensure infrastructure meets CVM security program requirements.
• Develop and prioritize risk reduction activities using existing tools and available data to reduce risk in the environment.
• Define and build vulnerability management metrics, automate response and remediation guidance, and track program performance.
• Communicate security issues to technical teams, summarize status for senior management, and respond to risks and vulnerabilities with mitigation strategies.
• Analyze scanning and detection results across large data sets using database and scripting tools while staying ahead of threats and security trends.

• Deep understanding of information security and vulnerability management, with experience managing and building VM programs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with cross‑functional knowledge across multiple development and security disciplines.
• Proficiency in cloud security (AWS – MUST, other cloud environments – preferred) and experience with CSPM tools such as Wiz, Prisma, Dome9/Cloudguard.
• Experience with security and compliance tools such as Qualys, Crowdstrike, Wiz, Prisma, Dome9, Cloudguard.
• Experience in scripting languages (Python – preferred) and SQL queries for data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CISSP, CISM, or other security certifications are a plus.

Base salary range: USD $79,800.00 – USD $ / Year. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
