• Responsibilities. Responsible for identifying, designing, developing and implementing advanced analytics projects that track the consumer conversion funnel from start to end. Provide, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision‑making. Code with machine learning tools such as Python for delivering data‑and‑algorithm‑driven services for onboarding client HR and financial data. Acquire, clean, and analyze large data sets and do exploratory analysis to understand our data and if it meets project requirements.
  
  Identify errors and reactively fix them. Learn and discover new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. Apply new techniques within data science that leads to innovations. Work with Data Scientists and Stakeholders to deliver AI solutions to serve applications across ADP.

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field of study plus six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of related experience. Telecommuting permitted.
• Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include:
  Python; SOA; OOAD; OOP;
  Computer‑vision and text extraction/interpretation algorithms;
  Machine learning and AI algorithms;
  Azure and AWS GenAI products and their usage; RDBMS; SQL and No
  
  SQL; AWS;
  Git and Bitbucket;
  GenAI, including LLM models, prompt engineering and RAG frameworks; NLP; VSCode or PyCharm;
  Databricks;
  PySpark; and Statistical Methods.
