In this role, you will play a critical role in delivering the enterprise storage services that underpin ADP's business-critical applications and customer-facing platforms. Working as part of the Global Infrastructure and Cloud organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that storage services remain reliable, secure, resilient, and available to support both internal development teams and the clients who depend on ADP solutions every day.

You will partner closely with application, platform, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to provide the storage foundation required for application development, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations. You will focus on maintaining operational excellence across enterprise storage platforms while driving continuous improvement in performance, availability, capacity management, and service delivery.  You will serve as a trusted infrastructure expert, helping ensure that ADP's storage services continue to meet the demands of a highly regulated, always-on business environment.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
Administer and support enterprise unstructured data platforms, specifically Net App NAS and IBM Cloud Object Storage (COS) environments across production and non-production systems. Ensure the availability, performance, security, and operational stability of enterprise file and object storage services supporting business-critical applications. Monitor storage utilization, capacity growth, and performance trends, proactively planning and implementing improvements to meet evolving business demands. Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage, performance, connectivity, and data access issues across NAS, SAN, object, and associated infrastructure platforms.

Support data protection, replication, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities for enterprise storage services. Execute storage platform lifecycle activities, including software upgrades, firmware updates, security patching, and hardware maintenance. Administer and support enterprise SAN infrastructure, including block and fabric environments. Partner with application, cloud, database, network, and data center teams to deliver reliable storage services and support strategic business initiatives.

Coordinate with technology vendors on support cases, escalations, product enhancements, and issue resolution. Participate in operational support processes, including incident management, change management, documentation, and on-call responsibilities.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
