Manpower Group is hiring a Deskside Services Technician to support on-site operations in NYC. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware such as laptops, printers, scanners, and phones, and provide AV support for conferences and events using Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone.
You will work with the Help Desk to resolve desktop environment issues, track ticket status, and train staff on AV technology. This is a full-time, in-office role with standard daytime hours.
