Personal Lines Account Manager – Roseland, NJ – $60‑$70k Base Salary

Our client, a well-established insurance agency in Roseland, NJ, is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team. The agency is willing to train a candidate with a strong work ethic and the required licensing.

3 days in-office (Roseland, NJ), 2 days remote.

• Manage and service a designated book of personal lines accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Prepare quotes and remarkets as needed.
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation within agency management systems.
• Support producers with day-to-day service needs.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and carriers.

• Active New Jersey P&C license required.
• Personal lines experience preferred, but open to training motivated candidates.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with agency management systems a plus (but not required).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
