Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is seeking a mid‑to‑senior‑level attorney to join our Surety & Fidelity team in our New Jersey office. The ideal candidate is a commercial litigator with 5+ years of experience, with significant experience litigating in the federal and state courts of both New York and New Jersey. Experience with surety, construction litigation, and/or insurance coverage matters is a plus.

• Manage all phases of litigations in state and federal courts from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Represent clients and practice group with skill, ethics, and confidence before courts, mediators, and arbitrators
• Work both independently and in collaboration with practice group colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve favorable and cost‑effective resolutions for clients in both litigation and transactional matters
• Use creativity and flexibility to adapt to and succeed in difficult and changing circumstances
• Commit to serving the goals, needs, and priorities of clients and practice group teammates
• Engage in marketing and networking opportunities to cultivate the practice group’s client base

The expected salary range for this position is $185,000 – $220,000.

The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the role for which the applicant is hired, the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held.
