• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake through trial.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records and other case-related documentation.
• Prepare materials for mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
• Manage case calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met and filings are timely.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining client files and tracking case progress.

• Experience:Minimum of 5 years as a paralegal specializing in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Skills:Proficiency in legal software for document management, case tracking, and e-filing.
• Detail-Oriented:Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
