Job Details
- Assist firm in identifying and resolving conflicts of interest
- Coordinate opening of new matters and new business reviews
- Perform research in internal and external databases
- Coordinate and track engagement letters and waivers
- Update and maintain records in internal database
- Salary Range: $65-75k annually, based on experience
- Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO and 401(k)!
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-6 years’ Conflicts experience at a law firm
- Experienced with Conflicts Management systems
- Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong research skills and ability to comb through internet databases, public filings, and other sources
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills
