You must have 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, including at least 1+ years in litigation, and be licensed to practice in New Jersey. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not schedule a call, as it will be canceled.

Job Description- Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
- Conduct depositions and pre-trial preparation
- Maintain regular communication with clients
- Collaborate with support staff, delegate appropriately, and oversee progress
- Stay updated on New Jersey personal injury laws and procedural rules
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey (required)
- 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- At least 1+ years of litigation experience
- Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and case management abilities
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
