Job Description
  • Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
  • Conduct depositions and pre-trial preparation
  • Maintain regular communication with clients
  • Collaborate with support staff, delegate appropriately, and oversee progress
  • Stay updated on New Jersey personal injury laws and procedural rules
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in New Jersey (required)
  • 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
  • At least 1+ years of litigation experience
  • Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organization and case management abilities
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
