Field Marketing Specialist

Description The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand awareness and driving patient consults and treatment starts across five Clear Choice centers (Roseland, NJ; Paramus, NJ; Woodbridge, NJ; Mount Laurel, NJ; Fort Washington, PA), with regular travel across the New Jersey/Philadelphia corridor. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on developing referral relationships, increasing community engagement, and executing local marketing initiatives that directly impact patient acquisition.

Skills & Qualifications Build and manage referral relationships with local dentists and healthcare providers.

Plan and host networking events to grow referral partnerships and community awareness.

Represent Clear Choice at health fairs, community events, educational seminars, and local organizations.

Support local public relations efforts and community partnership initiatives.

Track field marketing activities and measure impact on patient consults and treatment starts.

Collaborate with center teams to improve patient engagement and consult show rates.

Gather and communicate local market insights to support broader marketing strategies.

Maintain regular presence across five centers throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Roseland, NJ.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $40.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
