Commercial Lines Manager

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team.

This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

Manage day‑to‑day communication and maintain strong relationships.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters

Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest improvements

Promote cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations to align client strategies

Oversee renewal coordination, endorsements, and policy changes for assigned accounts, ensuring compliance and service standards

Participate as a team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

High School degree required, college preferred5+ years in commercial account management or business development

Organizational and strategic planning skills.

Ability to collaborate across teams (sales, support, product)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)

Compensation:$110,000-$135,000/yr.
