As our General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the car wash, maintain cleanliness and functionality of the property, and assist throughout the entire car wash process. Schedule: Retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, are required in this fast-paced environment. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, as shifts may vary based on business needs.

Starting pay: $25/hour, with the potential to earn more through commission and incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all aspects of the site for optimal operation
• Recruit, interview, hire, and manage site team members
• Train Customer Service Associates, Leads, and Assistant Managers; provide ongoing education
• Create and manage team member schedules and responsibilities
• Set and monitor sales goals for team members
• Open and close the site, facilitate daily operations
• Perform minor equipment repairs as trained
• Engage customers and promote our Unlimited Wash Club
• Monitor daily labor and maintenance
• Complete required reports timely
• Uphold company policies consistently
• Manage chemicals safely and effectively
• Load vehicles safely with clear signals and a smile
• Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and enjoyable washes
• Manage overall site performance

Required Skills:

• 2 years of management experience
• 3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and special events
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred:
  Associate degree or higher in business or related field
• Preferred:
  Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring
• Preferred:
  Car Wash experience
