  • Work individually or as a team with other crew members to complete all work in accordance with Acres' quality.
  • Follow through on daily/weekly assignments set by your manager, including daily irrigation repairs, troubleshooting, installs, digging, etc.
  • Maintain a stream of communication daily with the manager.
  • Ensure the functionality or repair of irrigation systems to Acres’ standards.
  • Maintain a positive image for Acres in the field.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain safe driving habits.
