$12.00/hr - $20.00/hr

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are! Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different. A perfect applicant will be available for flexible hours, be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand.

To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club. A good candidate will enjoy working in a health club environment, be sales driven, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others. Some evenings and weekends are required;

schedule will be 15-20 hours/week.

• Becoming the greatest ambassador & promoter of Anytime Fitness; our brand, our clubs, our services
• Greeting, welcoming and encouraging all members
• Answering phones in a courteous, helpful and professional manner
• Making phone calls to prospects and members about memberships, billing, promotions, etc.
• Setting up and selling new memberships
• Promote and selling personal training
• Conducting guest tours
• Assisting with club’s daily maintenance & cleaning tasks
• Keeping the gym spotless and organized
• Participate in marketing events
• Any and all customer service

• Desired candidates will have some experience in the fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
• A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work evenings and weekends. Previous gym experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
