Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Autumn Lake at Union
. Help skilled nursing residents develop everyday skills through hands-on treatment, practical instruction, and encouragement under the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care.
- Deliver prescribed occupational therapy interventions tailored to residents' functional goals.
- Guide residents through dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting activities using appropriate assistance and cueing.
- Incorporate therapeutic exercises and purposeful tasks to support upper-extremity function, coordination, and endurance.
- Reinforce adaptive equipment techniques and strategies for conserving energy during daily routines.
- Discuss progress, treatment tolerance, and changes in assistance needs with the supervising OT.
- Maintain timely treatment records and coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support carryover between sessions.
- $32-$36 per hour.

- Collaboration with the therapy team and support from regional leadership.
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification.

- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
- Skilled nursing experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.
