Room Attendant – Housekeeping Team

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are fresh, spotless, and guest-ready.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (but not required – we provide training!).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift during shifts.
• A positive and professional attitude.

Job Description Server Responsibilities

• Wine knowledge is a plus.
• Suggestive selling.
• Upscale or fine dining experience a plus.
• Anticipating guests needs.
• Delivering food to tables.
• Creating a great customer experience.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Able to multitask efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Proven working experience as a bartender or server.
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Control the front door.
• Greet guests in a warm manner.
• Must be able to multi task.
• Can handle high stress situations.
• Knowledge of all menu items.
• Can memorize table numbers.
• Can balance and carry heavy trays.
• Must be quick in clearing dirty plates.
• Resetting tables in a timely manner.
• Can lift 30+ pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $5.55 to $15.00 /hour
