Restaurant Shift Leader
$16.5 - 18.5 per hour

Reports to:

Restaurant General Manager

The Shift Leader oversees all restaurant activities during their shift, ensuring smooth operations, guest service, and adherence to standards. Responsibilities include interacting with guests, supervising staff, managing cash, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. They work hands-on as needed, partner with management, train staff, and resolve issues promptly while enforcing policies.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

What will make you successful:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, restaurant management experience preferred
• Fast food experience required
• English communication skills;
  Spanish helpful
• Strong leadership and professionalism
• Discretion with confidential info
• Willingness to learn all restaurant areas
• Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
• Respectful and caring treatment of others
• Effective communication skills in English and/or Spanish
• Self-motivated and action-oriented
• Willingness to learn and admit mistakes
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks
