CDL Class A Local Delivery Driver

• $34.00 per hour equivalent

Operate a commercial delivery vehicle to transport products safely and deliver orders accurately and on time. Provide professional customer service, complete required vehicle checks and delivery documentation and follow safe driving and product-handling procedures.

• Safely operate a Class A day cab tractor with a 53-foot trailer.
• Perform local deliveries and inventory transfers between company distribution centers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
• Secure and transport freight safely while complying with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Verify loads for accuracy and ensure products are transported without damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and inspection reports.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, dispatch, and management regarding schedules and delivery status.
• Assist with loading and unloading when necessary.

Required license: CDL Class A
