Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Job Description

Pay Range: $20.18hr - $25.18hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, including general ledger, balance sheets, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience:

• One to three years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly journal entries, trial balances, and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and perform account analysis.
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with internal audits and the annual budgeting process.
• Support operating departments by providing timely and accurate financial information.
• Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze data and create reports and summaries for business stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with issue resolution related to financial data.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance reporting efficiency.

Should Have:

• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Experience using data analysis or reporting tools.
