Role: Compensation Specialist

Location: Irwindale, CA(Onsite)

Type:: W2 Contract only

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in compensation administration.
• Proficiency in Success Factors (SF) HCM suite, including annual planning modules.
• Atrong ability to interpret compensation data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and stakeholder collaboration.
• Project Leadership: 5+ years leading compensation-related projects, including scope management, planning, and performance tracking.
