Technology Lead – GIS​/ESRI ASP.Net

We have a job opportunity for a Technology Lead – GIS/ESRI. The role is full-time and located in Rosemead, CA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, we will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience working with the ESRI platform (Arc Map, ArcGIS Server 9.x/10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server, and SDE on Oracle).
• At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP .Net.
• At least 4 years of experience in web applications, windows services, and web services.
• At least 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
• Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in the Utilities domain.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
