Summary Of Job Description The Multi-Brand Marketing Representative supports local and regional marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and sales across Panda’s portfolio of concepts. This position bridges field operations with the marketing team by managing fulfillment of promotional materials, maintaining digital brand presence, and supporting community engagement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Receives, processes and fulfills marketing requests from Operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests for marketing materials related to promotions, POS/pricing, menu updates and related projects.
- Supports community marketing efforts, including event coordination, outreach, and fundraising programming via the Community Igniter platform.
- Processes invoices and assists in expense reconciliation for multi-brand marketing activities.
- Maintains accurate, brand-aligned digital profiles for all locations in partnership with agency partners.
- Keeps marketing asset libraries organized, up-to-date, and accessible for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitors and responds to guest reviews in coordination with Operations to ensure brand consistency.
- Contributes to special projects and provides support for key initiatives as directed by the Director of Multi-Brand Marketing.

Qualifications - External
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in marketing, hospitality, or related field
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality marketing function
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range
P2: $72,500- $101,500 per year
Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
